we got it easy. some of us all of us most of us. those of us who are not remote, those of us who are not on temporary visas those of us not asking for asylum those of us not confronted with mental illness. we of the three meals a day. we of the public education we of the healthcare we of the parents we of the children we of the prospects we of the disposable income. i am proud to be unaustralian, i am proud to tell you that i am not spoken for by the elected representatives i have the power to tell anyone who will listen that you do not speak for me. the flag i wrap around me is flaming, the landwe are in is stolen we know i know where i came from and i atleast know where i am going. to the shop to get my legs waxed because there is 1/10th of my personality which succumbs to such things, im not ashamed im not assured. im not australian, im not represented by my geographical specificity, human, of the variety free to move, passport granted mobility assured one day i will build my fortress and keep the mutherfuckers out till then all these dumb racist shits have taught me is that what im doing at uni is more than ever necessary, dumb white kids need some education, culturally plural education, inclusivity, respect.
